IV. GOALS
Occupational social work initiates, supports and promotes development and problem solution procdures.
This is to:
- improve the ability of problem solving in individuals and collectives within the organization
- to broaden social and communicative competence in managers and employees
- to promote and maintain health and performance ability
- to support work security and health protection
- to increase job satisfaction of employees.
As a result occupational social work contributes to the economic efficiency of the company or the service rendering abilities of the authority resp.
